For some years, we have been in touch with local charity Together Co, who tackle lonliness and isolation of elderly people in Brighton, though a volunteer befriending scheme.  We gave them some much needed funding during the Pandemic, and this year we have helped with transport costs for their local befriending groups.  This has meant that many isolated and lonely people have been included, who otherwise would not have had the chance to attend these lovely social events and regular groups.
